Catalog Rover 2026 - new arrivals, bestsellers, and the most relevant models Rover.
The scooter in the classic "wrapping" Rover Element closely resembles its gas-guzzling counterparts. However, in this case, the model is equipped with a silent electric motor that does not pollute the atmosphere with exhaust emissions.
Everyday Electric Vehicle
The motor on the electric scooter, set on large 16-inch wheels, is not the most powerful in its class (350W), but it is strong enough for daily rides around urban streets, mainly with flat terrain. In general traffic, the moped moves at speeds up to 30 km/h. The model can travel the same distance on a single battery charge, and if you ride without sudden accelerations, the range extends to 40 km. In case the battery unexpectedly runs out or you simply didn't monitor its charge, the scooter is equipped with pedals.
Load Capacity
With a weight of 59 kg, the Rover Element is ready to carry twice as much. In addition to the driver and passenger, the scooter can be loaded with shopping bags and various small items, for which there is one under-seat storage compartment and a separate locked trunk at the back. Also, convenience is added by the folding footrest, and a horn on the handlebar helps signal the moped's presence on the road.
Let There Be Light!
The electric scooter is intended for both day and night rides. At night, the road is illuminated by a headlight with the option of switching between low and high beams; additionally, there is a brake light with a glowing tail light and turn signals at the rear. The signals are duplicated on a simple needle instrument panel, which also shows the battery charge level. The Rover Element is well-suited as a first electric moped that is not burdened with excessive features, perfect for leisurely urban traffic.
