Premium teapot
The German teapot Rommelsbacher TA-2000 is a practical embodiment of engineering that will allow you to enjoy a delicious and fragrant drink. The attractive design immediately shows the harmony of a transparent flask made of impact-resistant borosilicate glass, a metal base and removable lid, a stainless steel infuser, and a black base unit handle and glass. All materials are of the highest quality, as befits premium devices. A cylindrical brew filter with small perforated holes reaches almost to the bottom of the flask, into which, for best results, pour from 0.5 L to 1.2 L of water. The hidden heater built into the bottom of the cordless kettle has a peak power of 2200 W, which allows you to boil water in minutes.
Five automatic programs for preparing different types of tea
Of greatest interest in this device is its functionality, which can be controlled from the touch panel of the base station. In the centre of the panel there is a contrasting black-and-white display showing the time of the operating mode and its temperature (thermometer). The display is surrounded by indicators of the selected tea varieties, which correspond to their temperature regime of brewing. A total of 5 programs for making tea (from herbs and fruits, black, Asian, white, green) and 1 programme for heating water up to 80 °C are available.
Storing manual settings in memory
For boiling water (100 °C) there is also a separate quick start button. The user can make changes to the programme settings by setting their own temperature (50 – 100 °C in 5 °C increments) and brewing time (10 min maximum). All settings adjustments are stored in electronic memory. Each stage of the device operation is accompanied by a light indication and a sound signal, fixing the sequence of actions. The thermostat has a keep-warm function with automatic shut-off, which provides an accurate temperature for 30 minutes. The model is certainly cool, but quite expensive compared to similar teapots from other manufacturers.
