Behind the German roots of the Roda brand, production facilities are partially hidden on the territory of Ukraine — it is there that the production of the convenient and unpretentious convection heater Roda Standart 1.5 has been launched.

Power regulation

The symbols "1.5" in the model marking indicate its maximum power, which in terms of watts is 1500 watts. Thanks to the presence of a step regulator, it can be set to a value of 750 W, which will save on electricity bills. In this case, the heating of the room will be slower than usual, but to maintain a comfortable microclimate, the half-power mode is the best fit. An electronic thermostat with a remote sensor will provide high accuracy in maintaining the temperature in the room (within ± 1 °C).

Exploitation

The operation of the heater is accompanied by a slight hum from the heating element. In a room with the TV turned on, it will not interfere, but when installing a heater in the bedroom, some people may experience some discomfort from this monotonous sound. By sound, you can also navigate relative to the mode of operation of the model, because. there is no indication on its body. In defense of the device, it must be said that it quickly and efficiently handles with heating rooms up to 15 m².

Mounting

Everything you need for wall-mounting the heater is included in the factory kit along with instructions. Optionally, you can purchase legs for installing the heater on the floor, which not everyone needs. The presence of a support with wheels in the delivery set would have a negative impact on the cost of the model, which without them is very attractive.
