Roadgid Premier SuperHD

Hybrid car recorder Roadgid Premier SuperHD combines in one bottle the functions of a video recording of the traffic situation and a signature radar detector with voice alerts for stationary police cameras.

Advanced video part

The video part of the device is based on the advanced Sony IMX335 image sensor and the Novatek NTK96675 processor. This bundle provides video recording at a maximum resolution of 2304x1296 pixels at 30 fps. The viewing angle of the standard "hybrid" optics is about 170 °. In the picture from the camera of the combo device, license plates of passing and oncoming cars are clearly visible, including with complex changes in illumination in the frame. Acceptable image exposure is “pulled out” by WDR technology. Re-reflections from the “tidy” of the car are removed by the complete CPL-filter of a removable design.

signature module

The patch antenna module on board the Roadgid Premier SuperHD is equipped with a signal filter and a signature mode for detecting active radiation police radars. The system is duplicated by a GPS tracker that tracks the position of cameras on the roads using known coordinates. When approaching police complexes, the device warns the driver in advance with notifications on a 3-inch screen and voice prompts. In addition, the registrar has the function of recognizing traffic signs, but the combo device “sees” them not always on time.

Feed Through Magnet

The device supports the ability to connect a second remote camera for viewing the rear hemisphere and parking assistance. The dopkamera is not included in the package of the device. The recorder is mounted on the windscreen of the car using a suction cup bracket with a magnetic connector with active power supply from the car cigarette lighter socket. A hardy supercapacitor is used as an onboard autonomous power source. Another argument in favor of Roadgid Premier SuperHD is updating the firmware and databases for police complexes through a mobile smartphone application over a Wi-Fi network.
