How to Choose Bread MakerTips for choosing a bread maker: important parameters, features and characteristics
good model, I liked it
19 May 2017
I never baked bread myself, simply because there was no need. In a big city, there's always a wide selection of various types. The supermarket, located a couple of hundred meters from home, had its own small bakery, where you could choose bread to suit any taste and budget. But now my husband and I live in a distant suburb, and here there are problems with bread delivery. That is, there is bread, but fresh bread is delivered no more than once a day, and by evening, you can no longer buy it in the store. Therefore, my husband and I decided to buy a small home bread maker. We chose Redmond because we already had a multicooker from this manufacturer, and I was quite satisfied with it.
It looks very beautiful and attractive, we can say that it is the most stylish appliance in our kitchen. The electrical power is small, and it does not require special connectivity. The baking dish is neat, with a nice non-stick coating that really doesn't stick to anything, making it easy to remove and replace. There are many programs, most of which are purely for bread. I most often bake classic white and whole grain rye. There is a very interesting mode called multipaker, where you can manually set the duration of kneading, proofing, and baking of the dough. I've already tried experimenting, and it turns out very interesting.
The pictures didn't clearly show its actual size, and in reality, it is quite large. It was difficult to find a spot in the kitchen for it. It's unclear why it has porridge cooking programs, especially with milk. In our multi-cooker, with a much larger capacity, milk porridge would boil over, and here it will happen with one hundred percent certainty.
