The Redmond multi-oven can replace an air fryer in the kitchen when cooking perfectly fried steaks, an air fryer for french fries and other snacks, as well as an oven for baking and roasting other dishes. At the same time, Turbo Cycle convective processing technology is used: thanks to the circulation of a powerful stream of hot air, the ingredients are heated evenly and cooked much faster than in an oven. For example, chicken wings are baked in just 15 minutes, and muffins will take even less — 8 minutes. The 3.1 liter bowl allows you to cook several servings at once, and the non-stick coating prevents burning, even if you cook without using oil at all. In addition, it simplifies the cleaning of the container.

We fry and bake

The model has 7 automatic programs: french fries, ribs, seafood, pastries, chicken, steak and fish. That is, for these products, modes are set with the specified settings for proper frying and baking. If you wish, you can independently choose the temperature from 80 to 200 degrees and set a timer. However the maximum time is 30 minutes, although most competitors have it 2 times longer, so if you need to simmer a dish for a long time, you will have to set the timer several times. At the end of the set time, beeps will sound so that you do not miss the “invitation” to the table, and the device will automatically turn off, so that the food will not dry out if you forget about it. A convenient touch panel is responsible for control, and the display displays all the necessary information about settings and operation.
