Last year, I bought a country house from a friend; they moved to live in St. Petersburg. The boiler left by the previous owners did not satisfy me. I don't understand how one can build a house for millions and skimp on the heating equipment? In general, I immediately changed the heating system. I consulted specialists, and they recommended the Protherm "Panther" wall-mounted boiler, so I went for a 35 kW unit – they calculated that this power would be enough with room to spare. I like it when it's very warm, even hot, in the house. The boiler is single-circuit – I decided to separate the heating system and water heating, as it would be more reliable this way. I also have a Protherm FE 150/6 BM water heater for 144 liters. It is adequate; the pressure doesn't drop significantly, and the temperature doesn't change even if two or three taps are opened. I also bought an Exacontrol 7 room thermostat. It's a convenient item, with five temperature settings, and daily and weekly programming. I usually set the house temperature to 25-26 degrees, as we are used to that. I set the water to the maximum – 65 degrees. It's fine, no issues so far. It maintains what you set. As a consumer, I can judge that the boiler is good, easy to operate, quiet, it doesn't even hum at night. When purchasing, it was said to be economical. There's not much to compare it to, as I previously lived in a three-room apartment with central water supply and heating. The water and heat there were worse. An old Italian boiler broke down, which for the last two years has been causing nothing but trouble - it was constantly producing errors, and the service workers became frequent guests in my house. Almost half the cost of a new boiler was charged for repairs. I decided to replace it with a modern boiler from a normal European manufacturer - I chose the Protherm Panther 25 KTV. Unlike the elderly Italian, the Panther has advanced control systems, including a traction sensor, pump protection against jamming, system freezing protection and much more. I liked the low noise level: if the Italian was quietly puffing in the basement, then when replacing the system we moved the boiler to the kitchen with minimal modifications. Very comfortable, almost silent boiler; from a Samsung refrigerator, it seems to me, there will be more noise. I like the large LCD display with clear controls. All the necessary information is before your eyes - pressure, temperature in the heating and water supply systems. Yes, I also equipped the house with powerful water filters on the advice of a specialist; the boiler will work longer with treated water free of impurities as a coolant. I bought the Panther wall-mounted boiler. It's truly a technological and functional boiler that is relatively reasonably priced. They didn't skimp on materials - the heat exchanger is copper, the burner is made of chrome-nickel steel, the hydraulics are from modern composite, and the Panther is practically silent. I got it last year through the company "Mir Santekhniki" - they provided knowledgeable consultation and sent a qualified installation team. The radiators are hot, and the boiler's power is fully sufficient for heating the house; there are also no issues with water heating - we have two bathrooms, and with the Panther, you can take a shower simultaneously. It's been tested, don't listen to those who say the boiler's performance won't be enough for multiple tasks. I must specifically mention the very convenient control system: a large display and pleasant buttons, everything is clear, and you only need to read the instructions once. I also installed the Exacontrol 7 sensor, which allows you to maintain a set temperature in the house - you don't have to change the boiler settings every time the weather gets colder or warmer; the house will maintain the temperature set at one time. Five stars for the Panther, a very good boiler, and I have something to compare it to, as this is already my third unit in 16 years. performance i would like the price to be lower, but compared to competitors it is acceptable... |
