Single-circuit gas boiler of increased power with an open combustion chamber, a sectional cast-iron heat exchanger and an electronic control system that supports the eBus interface bus. It is the pre-top model in the Protherm Bear KLOM family. Equipped with an atmospheric combustion chamber, it has a relatively compact size and an impressive maximum useful heat output (up to 35 kW).

This heat output is quite enough to organize the heating of residential, office, commercial or domestic premises with a total area of up to 262 m2. Designed for floor mounting in separate non-residential (boiler) rooms. It should be especially noted that for the safe operation of the Protherm Medved 40 KLOM boiler, it is necessary to equip a full-fledged chimney system, which must meet a number of mandatory fire safety requirements and provide stable natural draft, which is controlled by a special sensor. The undoubted advantages of the boiler include the use of a durable cast-iron 5-section heat exchanger, the cast design of which provides excellent heat transfer. A performant circulation pump provides pressure sufficient to service a two-story cottage. The device can work in cascade schemes and be used in tandem with an external indirect heating boiler.
