Profi Cook produces German-quality household appliances, which are designed for home use, but designed for professionals, and the electric meat grinder is no exception. It's not cheap, of course, but it's well made. The manufacturer abandoned cheaper plastic and chose strong and durable metal as a material. The body, loading tray, gearbox and gears are made of it, and a sharp knife with four blades, which is responsible for grinding meat, fish and other products, is made of stainless steel.

Meat grinder Profi Cook PC-FW 1173 is able to cope with a large amount of meat in a short time: its power reaches 2000 W, the productivity is up to 2.3 kg / min, and the outlet is quite large — about 6.5 cm in diameter. For ease of use, there is a reverse stroke function, a wide loading opening with a pusher, a swivel tray and rubberized feet that prevent the device from sliding on the surface. The complete set of the model is standard: three disks for minced meat with a hole diameter of 3, 5 and 8 mm, nozzles for kebbe and homemade sausages.
