The Polaris electric meat grinder looks solid thanks to the stainless steel body and offers many functions for cooking various dishes, although it is not cheap. The manufacturer claims the patented design of the SilentPRO gearbox, which makes it much quieter (noise level is 58 dB), as well as a peak power of 2200 W and the ability to mince up to 2.5 kg of meat per minute. However the time of continuous operation should not exceed 3 minutes, after which the device needs a break for 10 minutes.

Especially for maximum loads, the Polaris PMG 2292AL Silent has PROtect + technology, which protects the engine from overload. In addition, the meat grinder received two speed modes and an automatic start of the Autorevers function: if veins and meat residues are wound around the shaft and knife, the meat grinder starts reverse for a few seconds to free the mechanism. If desired, the reverse can be turned on independently. The complete set of the model is also pleasing: three discs with holes with a diameter of 3, 5 and 8 mm for minced meat of different consistency, nozzles for sausages and kebbe, as well as three nozzles for cutting and shredding. And in order to save space when storing, there are compartments for the cord and accessories.
