It is able to prepare five types of coffee (espresso, lungo, americano, cappuccino, latte macchiato), hot water (for example, for brewing tea and herbal preparations) and hot milk. The electronic control system of the Philips EP 5060 coffee maker provides regulation of the strength of the drink (5 options), temperature (3 options) and volume. The built-in automatic burr grinder with durable ceramic burrs and adjustable grinding degree provides 5 fineness levels. A high-performance flow-through thermoblock with high power (1850 W) and a pump designed...for a maximum pressure of 15 bar ensure the fastest cooking and a high degree of extraction. A full load (250 g of beans and 1800 mL of water) is enough to prepare 30-33 espresso shots. The capacity of the cake container is enough for 15 cycles of the machine. It is possible to save one user recipe (with the possibility of regulating the volume of milk supply). There is a programme for automatic flushing and self-cleaning of scale. If necessary, the removable brew group can be further cleaned by hand. |
