Excellent assistant for network equipment installer
30 August 2016
I am engaged in the installation and maintenance of telecommunications equipment in residential buildings and not only. Most often you have to work on the first or technical floor, as well as in the basement. Naturally, more or less normal light at the work site is rare. Bought this model, after reading
Well illuminates the workplace. The flashlight has two modes: a narrow powerful beam for illuminating distant objects and a wide diffused one, which I usually use in a place. If necessary, you can switch between modes with one movement of one hand. You can also change the direction of the beam in the vertical plane, illuminating not only what is directly ahead, but also what is below, in the hands. The angle changes with slight clicks and the position of the lamp is securely fixed. The brightness at maximum is more than adequate, so I tend to turn it down to eco mode. In addition to the main white LED, there is a red one, which can be useful for maintaining night vision, and one small indicator that starts flashing when the batteries are critically low. Yes, I used batteries only once, after which I quickly figured out the financial part of the issue and bought 3 AAA batteries with a capacity of 750 mAh. Since I use the flashlight often, the batteries justified their cost in three months. Three year warranty.
Pretty high price. Weight rather big, almost 90 grams. But, thanks to the wide elastic headband, this weight is not felt at all.
