Petzl Tikka Core

The mid-range headlamp from the Petzl brand is positioned as a hybrid solution. The model comes with a CORE rechargeable battery with a capacity of 1250 mAh and a lifespan of at least 300 charging cycles, but it can also be powered by 3 AAA batteries (or AAA rechargeable batteries), which expands its usability and extends its autonomy. By default, the Petzl Tikka Core headlamp will operate from 2 to 110 hours on a single charge from the included battery, depending on the brightness setting.

The light source consists of quality LEDs: white and red, with the latter offering additional modes such as strobe and continuous lighting. The maximum light output reaches 450 lumens (with 3 brightness levels available), and the beam distance is up to 75 meters. The headlamp is controlled with a single button. The plastic housing is resistant to weather conditions, with waterproofing claimed to meet the IPX4 standard. Other features include reflective elements and compatibility with popular bike mounts, allowing the headlamp to be used with specialized helmets.
