Universal device for working with ferrous and non-ferrous metals
The Paton EuroMIG semi-automatic inverter is a universal machine for welding parts made of carbon steel, stainless and alloy alloys, cast iron and aluminum. The main operating mode is semi-automatic welding (MIG/MAG) with wire with a diameter of 0.6 mm to 1 mm. There is enough space inside the case for a 5 kg reel. The wire feeding speed can be changed from 1.5 m/min to 10 m/min, the pulling mechanism is reliable and made entirely of metal with two rollers that ensure smooth wire feeding. The device also supports manual electrode welding (MMA) and argon-arc welding (TIG) with electrodes up to 4 mm.
Digital control for flexible equipment setup
The versatility of the Paton EuroMIG machine is ensured by digital control, which allows you to precisely adjust welding modes and control processes. The control panel allows you to adjust the welding current (8 - 150 A), the “sensitivity” of the “hot start” and “arc force” functions, turn on or off the anti-stick protection and the VRD unit, and also select the control mode (two-stroke or four-stroke). In MMA and TIG modes, you can enable pulse mode (0.2 - 500 Hz), improving the quality of the weld. The electronic boards are protected from dust and have an adaptive cooling system for long-term operation without stopping (at maximum load, the switching frequency factor is 80%, at a current below 134 A - 100%).
Professional grade equipment
Paton EuroMIG is not a budget device, like other models of the Paton professional line. The device is aimed at experienced craftsmen who are constantly engaged in welding work in automobile workshops or in production.
