High ergonomics and premium design
As soon as you take the model out of the box, you immediately see the elegant design and high quality materials. The bowls, although small in diameter, cover the ears entirely. The wide headband and leatherette ear pads are soft, resilient and comfortable. In addition to the standard headband adjustment, a unique feature of the horizontal shift of the bowls has been implemented. In general, the headphones are guaranteed to fit any head. Ergonomics are 5 plus. And even despite the non-folding design, the RP-HD10E does not look bulky, and is compactly hidden in a complete case, also made of leatherette.
Switching
Also included are two detachable audio cables of different lengths, one 3 m for home use, the second 1.2 m with an L-shaped plug for walking. Remembering non-removable long and heavy cables in some similar models of competitors, in which you always get tangled up, and you can’t comfortably go out with them, such care for the user is very pleasant.
Sound without embellishment
Turning to the sound characteristics, it is worth noting that here the RP-HD10E turned out to be on top. We have not heard such a detailed and transparent scene for a long time, especially in headphones for such money. Of course, the sound is not mega, but very clean, legible, understandable, without bending in any direction. Either 50mm drivers, MLF diaphragms made of multi-layer film played a role, or special frames that dampen unwanted vibrations, and a range of 4 – 50,000 Hz, or maybe all together. But the same Sony MDR-7510 with almost similar technical parameters did not impress us even half compared to the flagship model of its compatriot competitor.
The RP-HD10E are very successful Panasonic headphones that will sound good on any device, be it a smartphone or a Hi-Fi player. What you need to fully listen to music of any genre.
