We bought these for administrators and installed two additional hdv20 consoles. It’s very convenient, the numbers are all attached to specific buttons, so you can quickly contact the right specialist and redirect the call. The phone itself has 24 buttons and each console has 40. Although in general you can connect 5 of them, we only need two for the entire center. It's been standing for six months now and there haven't been any problems. The phone is quite good, with 6 lines - we only have 4 connected so far. We installed several of these recently. The workers have already appreciated that the panel for programmable buttons (24 pcs.) is much more convenient than they had before. Now all buttons can be labeled on a huge display. You can also install an additional console with 40 buttons (up to 5 in total) - this is in the plans. We deliberately chose a model with two Ethernet ports - one is for local communication, the other is for external calls. This is more convenient and profitable for us. In general, my advice to those who have not yet tried sip telephony “to taste” is to take a closer look at it. And you should choose phones based on resources, tasks and money. We definitely chose Panasonic - and have worked with them before: there are no problems with setup, our hunter and IT specialists like them in this regard. Well, the sound. This model is no exception. And it’s inexpensive, even if we take into account that we bought 20 of these devices.
