Mediocre 4K at an inflated price. Universal (for travel, for example), easy to operate, good zoom. Low average bitrate in 4K (60-61 Mbps) leads to image artifacts, actual resolution decreases, and small details disappear. Dynamic noise appears on people's skin as a marbling of dirty colors. Full HD at 50 Mbps was also disappointing; the 10-year-old HC-X800 at 25 Mbps performs better (a more acceptable FHD can be obtained by downscaling from 4K). Stabilization is also comparable to the X800, I didn't notice any difference. In hybrid OIS mode on zoom, doubling and defocus often occur. The signature "turquoise" in the sky still hasn't been fixed. It noticeably loses to the cheapest mirrorless camera for 38k in terms of image quality (see crops from screenshots). Post-processing is only minimally possible, as artifacts appear with any level changes. |
