Panasonic's 2022 Arc3 is a mid-range electric shaver in the Wet and Dry category. This means that it is suitable for both dry and wet shaving with foam. In addition, the waterproof design allows you to wash the shaving head under the tap.

Panasonic ES-RT47 is powered by a lithium-ion battery. A full battery charge cycle takes only an hour and provides almost the same battery life (about 54 minutes). Shaving and styling
