The Panasonic ER-407 nose and ear clipper is a handy tool for hair care where a regular razor would be useless. This is a compact electric tool the size of a small screwdriver, powered by a regular AA battery (not included). The device is assembled in a black plastic case, in the lower part of which there is a compartment for installing a 1.5 V battery. Precision cutting block
