Onkyo E700M is a model of semi-closed in-ear Hi-Res headphones. For premium Japanese "gags" you will have to pay almost 70 – 75 USD.

Construction and appearance

The housings of the emitters are made in the form of plates and consist of two parts: an aluminium base and a plastic cover adjacent to the ear with sound guides located at an angle. There are two colours — black and white.

In the upper part of the body and on the inside, holes are provided to drain excess pressure. In view of this design, the sound insulation in the model is average. In noisy places you will have to turn up the volume. The cable is durable — with a double braid, a remote control and a good quality microphone. But the plug is straight, there is a risk of getting a break at the junction over time, so it's better to store the headphones in the case that comes with the kit.

in the name of sound

The first thing to note about the E700M is the 13.5mm drivers with a wide frequency range of 6-40,000Hz, making it possible to listen to high-resolution audio files.

An impedance of 32 ohms and a sound pressure level of 108 dB swing any modern smartphone to a good volume. The sound picture is balanced, but there is a slight dip in the mids in complex and timbre-rich compositions.

High frequencies cut through especially brightly in Hi-Res, MP3 format immediately makes their playback crumpled. The basses are moderate, they do not stick out in the general mix, they sound tight and soft.

Audiophiles will call this sound "tactful", satisfying a wide range of users, but music lovers will simply enjoy the wide and open sound, especially if you connect the Onkyo E700M to a Hi-Fi player.
