I'll supplement my previous review with important information. This mainly concerns private houses. The machine is extremely sensitive to the quality of the power supply. If the outlet provides less than 203v or it fluctuates, the machine doesn't turn on at all and goes into standby mode waiting for a value of 203v. Consider this fact before purchasing. It was purchased to replace the defunct NICR 850. The quality of the coffee produced is head and shoulders above that of the NICR 850 in all types. Very quiet and fast compared to the NICR 850, a wide grinding range, the presence of actually working flavor levels, a convenient LCD display, large trays for pulp and rinsing, two boilers, huge containers for water and coffee, active heating of cups and a matte surface. Signal to the manufacturer and the official service center. The machine turns on erratically: sometimes immediately, sometimes up to a minute after pressing the button. It's frustrating! I didn't find anything about the delay in the instructions. It's working for now and there's a 2-year warranty, but this needs to be addressed. Possibly buggy software requiring a firmware update.
