Newell Smart C8

Universal 8-channel automatic professional-grade charger with fully independent channels, microprocessor control system with informative LCD display and backlight, full set of necessary protections and useful additional functions, including accurate determination of element capacity and measurement of internal resistance of the battery. Newell Smart C8 charger is equipped with movable negative contacts and is capable of fully working with elements of sizes AA, AAA, AAAA, C, D), as well as cylindrical batteries of form factors from 10440/16340 to 21700 (with protection) and 26650.

Intelligent charge management system is designed to work with nickel-cadmium (Ni-Cd), nickel-metal hydride (Ni-MH), lithium-ion (Li-Ion, IMR) and lithium-iron phosphate (LiFePO4) batteries. It automatically recognizes Li-ion and Ni-MH/Ni-Cd batteries, but LiFePO4 and IMR cells are not automatically recognized and require manual adjustment. It supports manual charging current adjustment (up to 2A per channel), polarity check function, deep-discharge capacity recovery, and faulty battery detection.
