Three and a half "horses" under the hood of a lawn mower
The steel body of the NAC LP42-146-NG lawnmower provides strength and rigidity. It performs the functions of a chassis that carries an engine (3.5 hp four-stroke gasoline), a fuel tank (for 0.8 liters of gasoline), a handle with controls and a container for collecting grass. The chassis can be raised and lowered to change the cutting height. It is adjustable from 25 to 70 mm (there are 5 fixed positions) using a lever that serves to simultaneously and simultaneously adjust the height of all four wheels.
Notes on use and care
This lawn mower is very easy to use. For example, its handle can be adjusted in height to suit your height. The lawnmower during operation throws the cut grass tips back into the 40-liter grass box or (when removed) right under your feet. Of particular interest is the fitting on the body. It is intended for flushing the deck after mowing. It is connected to a garden hose with water. Thanks to this fitting, the process of cleaning garden equipment from small green "porridge", which stuck around the deck from the inside after mowing, takes much less time and requires a minimum of effort.
Engines for every taste and budget
In the NAC lawnmower catalog there is another model built on exactly the same chassis, the NAC LP42-450E. Instead of the NAC engine, it has a "proprietary" Briggs & Stratton engine. It has more power (4 hp) and increased reliability (as far as we can tell, based on our knowledge of the brand's products and its reputation). But a lawn mower with a "proprietary" engine is much more expensive.
