Line Pulse 17 B13VGK

A new generation of 17-inch gaming laptops that are part of the near-top gaming Pulse series. Compared to previous years, MIS has slightly changed the design of the lid and air intakes, used newer NVIDIA 4XXX series graphics cards, and added the ability to instantly switch between integrated and discrete graphics using NVIDIA Optimus. The main feature of the family is a high-performance “stuffing”, which, in addition to the top-end 20-thread Intel Core i7 processor, includes an extremely powerful GeForce RTX 4070/4080 video card, an array of DDR5 RAM overclocked to 5200 MHz (32 to 64 GB) and supersonic M.2 1024 GB SSD.

The improved lighting tracing system and the third version of DLSS supersampling technology allow to reveal the gaming potential of the graphics accelerator. All this goodness is powered by an advanced power subsystem with an increased power consumption limit. Based on the requirements of the NVIDIA 4000 series, MSI engineers introduced the fifth version of the Cooler Boost cooling system with two air coolers and five heat pipes.

Because of this, the case turned out to be heavy and thick by the standards of the entire Pulse series - 2.7 kg of net weight with a thickness of 27 mm. Responsible for displaying the image here is a high-quality, but still not perfect 17.3-inch IPS screen with a standard margin of brightness and an increased refresh rate of 144 Hz, which plays an important role in displaying action scenes with high dynamics and a lot of detail.

The laptop has an extensive set of ports of various types for connecting monitors, peripherals and other gadgets. Built-in network interface allows wired connection with gigabit speed, as well as work in wireless networks Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.2. The keyboard is based on membrane technology and features 4-zone RGB lighting that can be set to play in time with other components using MSI's Mystic Light Sync software.
