Drying of whole or cut fruits is carried out by blowing with warm air, which in turn is heated by a heating element with a power of 350 W. The basis of the design of the MPM MSG-10 fruit dryer is a vertical cascade consisting of five round plastic trays. In addition to vegetables and fruits, this machine allows you to cook fish/meat chips and dry-cured meat/fish cuts. Helps to quickly dry regular or flavored crackers, herbs or homemade noodles. Mechanical control of the temperature of the forced air is provided (from 40 to 70 °C), and the transparent plastic of the trays allows you to control the degree of drying visually and avoid overdrying. Overheating protection is included for safe multi-hour work sessions.
