The electric meat grinder Moulinex HV8 ME 6228 of a well-known French manufacturer of kitchen appliances is an inexpensive home model of the HV8 series, which has a decent minced meat preparation capacity of 2.6 kg thanks to a powerful and reliable motor that produces 2000 W at extreme loads. The elegant body of the model is made of matte black plastic with contrasting grey control buttons, and the loading tray is made of transparent SAN plastic. The device sits steadily on the table thanks to four rubberized feet, but this does not help to avoid its noisy operation, which buyers refer to. The device can be easily disassembled, and all removable elements can be washed under running water or in a dishwasher.

The front button is used to unlock the upper part of the device, and the two side buttons are responsible for starting the meat grinder and turning on the reverse (reverse) in case of excessive load. If suddenly, while scrolling through the sinewy meat, you did not have time to press the reverse button in time — do not worry about the fact that the motor will overheat and burn out: the built-in overload protection will automatically turn off the device. The meat grinder is equipped with a pusher, 2 grates with holes of different calibers for minced meat, a set of plastic kebbe attachments and a self-sharpening stainless steel knife. From the point of view of the configuration, in which there are no cones for chopping vegetables, we can say that this is a purely “meat” model. Grills and attachments are conveniently housed in a dedicated storage compartment, while the adjustable length power cord can also be tucked away inside the bottom of the case.
