Relatively inexpensive, but at the same time easy-to-use and multifunctional electric meat grinder, capable of performing almost any task of grinding meat, fish, vegetables and fruits / berries. The maximum power of the device is 1800 W, and the average productivity is at the level of 0.8 kg / min. In addition to preparing minced meat of large, medium and small cuts using 3 forming grids with holes of the appropriate diameter, the product can cook pasta / juice from tomatoes and berries, as well as homemade sausages — for this, special additional nozzles are provided in the MIRTA MG-2018 package . By turning on the "Reverse" function, you can clean the spiral auger without stopping the operation of the device — its reverse rotation pushes the accumulated meat veins and fibers into the meat...grinder feed neck. Case material — steel, which guarantees the strength and durability of the product. Thanks to the rubberized feet, the meat grinder is stable and does not slip on the table.

good model, liked it

In our kitchen, a meat grinder in its pure form is not used that often. I mean, it's definitely needed, but not so much that we would buy its electric replacement. However, if you complement a regular meat grinder with attachments for making tomato juice and sausages, the picture changes. We have 10 acres of garden, and during the season, we harvest somewhere from 300 to 600 kilograms of tomatoes, so processing them into juice and tomato paste is always a challenge. And as for sausages, that's an old culinary dream of mine. Fresh young pork is regularly available from my buddy, so with this meat grinder, the dream came true within the first month of use.
With nearly two kilowatts of mechanical power, this is no joke. It chops meat effortlessly, and even handles cartilage and offal without much difficulty. Comes with three perforated discs for grinding meat, with hole diameters of 3, 5, and 7 mm. We most often use the medium size. The fine setting worked well for liver pâté, while the coarse one hasn't been used at all. It can operate continuously for up to 10 minutes, after which it needs to rest for the same amount of time. In practice, this limit isn't much of an issue for meat, as you can grind about 5-7 kilograms in 10 minutes. But when working with tomatoes, the 10-minute limit can slow things down. However, if you keep a good pace while feeding the tomatoes, it usually doesn’t cause any issues. The sausage attachment is a bit thick, but we’ve adapted, and it ends up tasting incredibly good.
As far as I understand, there's no motor protection against sudden jamming, like with a bone. This is bad because it can result in complete engine failure. The plastic pusher, which is needed to feed meat into the screw, is significantly smaller in diameter than the feeding hole itself. This results in pieces of minced meat, bread, and tomatoes constantly remaining between it and the walls of the feeding hole. It's not something that greatly interferes, but it does look strange.
I think I will order more for my daughter, maybe there will be a discount
