It has features like distance control, lane control, works with both GPS and GLONASS (you can choose). Detection at a decent distance, but it depends on the radar. Are there false alarms? Yes, they happen, and they always will, because in the city there are many signals/interferences, and you can't escape them. Anyone who says that any detector doesn't have false alarms is lying. There aren't many false alerts, definitely not a third, maybe... I don't know, 1 false alert out of 7-9 activations.
