Cons

good model, I liked it.

walked for half a year with a grater 705, it seems to be normal .. changed to 600. it’s more convenient to walk and work with it .. the response is faster, it’s a pleasure to set it up. + into the water ... they write that the battery holds a day, went 2 days with it until sat down ... in general, it's like a car that is newer, the old one also rides, but the comfort and speed are not the same. (Purely personal opinion, do not judge strictly)))

The season has ended! Broom good more finds! But I’m not selling the 705 grater because of the sniper in the pit! The downside is that the broom is a little expensive! After firmware 2.0 the device is really fire! But I don’t recommend taking it! Expensive!
A bit expensive! And the reels are affordable!

The Australian company Minelab is one of the global leaders in the metal detector manufacturing industry. From the pen of the brand come “treasure hunters” with serious flagship ambitions, as can be seen in the example of the Equinox 600 model.

Multi-frequency search

The metal detector fits into the hand like a glove, adapting to the height of the digger and providing comfortable searching conditions due to thoughtful shoulder support. An 11-inch DD coil of waterproof design is attached to the “body” of the device, or rather to the carbon rod. The detector uses frequencies of 5, 10 and 15 kHz separately, and in the multi-frequency search mode the values of 20 and 40 kHz are connected to them.

Rich arsenal

In anticipation of a thorough search of the area for valuables hidden underground , the user has the right to select a search program (park, beach or field), set manual or automatic soil balance, set the tone of the detector’s responsiveness to various objects and its response speed. All this is just a small fraction of the functions in the rich arsenal of the model. You can add a pinpoint mode to it, the ability to create discrimination mask templates and support for displaying the VDI numerical index from -10 to 40 on the control unit screen (negative numbers for ferrous metals, positive numbers for non-ferrous metals), etc.

Solid "five"

The Minelab Equinox 600's faithful companion in search operations are the included wireless headphones. It’s also a good idea to take a Power Bank with you when digging, from the tank of which you can “add” a little “fuel” to the battery of the metal detector. Depending on the selected settings, the detector works hard without external energy supply for up to 12 hours in a row. The strength of the model is fast and accurate identification of targets at different depths, and it must be said that the metal detector copes with these tasks with a solid “A”.
