Outdated Product
A cordless three-mode hammer drill designed for drilling holes in concrete (up to ⌀28 mm), brick (up to ⌀65 mm when using an annular crown), wood (up to ⌀32 mm) and metal (up to ⌀13 mm), as well as for light demolition work. The tool is equipped with a brushless motor and an impact mechanism with an impact energy of 2.8 J. The hammer drill has a regulator that allows you to adjust the chuck rotation speed (up to 980 rpm), and constant electronics that automatically maintains speed under load. Two chucks and a quick-change mechanism allow you to use different types of equipment for work: conventional round drills (with a quick-release chuck) and special impact and drilling attachments (with an SDS+ chuck). Other features worth noting are the anti-vibration system, safety clutch and built-in...backlight. In this configuration, the Makita DHR281Z hammer drill is supplied without accessories and fittings (the kit only includes an additional handle with a drilling depth limiter). To power the tool, you will need to buy two Makita 18V LXT batteries.
