Practical desktop manual mechanical tonometer of a professional class with a cuff on a shoulder. Designed to measure blood pressure in the brachial artery by the Korotkoff method, which is recognized throughout the world and is a generally recognized standard of accuracy (WHO reference method). This method is characterized by high resistance to heart rhythm disturbance, so arrhythmia will not interfere with obtaining an accurate result.

It is worth adding that hand movements or slight vibration do not significantly affect the correctness of the readings. The Little Doctor LD-100 mechanical tonometer is suitable for home use and can be used in an outpatient or hospital setting. However, it is worth remembering that the Korotkoff method requires some training and practice (cannot be used by people with hearing impairments and poor vision). Due to the absence of electronics, the device does not require batteries and is always ready for use. The kit includes: tabletop pressure gauge block, 25-40 cm universal cuff with latex pneumatic chamber, LD-S014 blower with LD-S016 check valve, LD-S015 air valve, spiral tube and stethoscope. The kit also includes a soft case for transport and storage.
