The model belongs to the upper price segment and is a representative of the young TONE Free headphone series, which LG introduced in 2021. Thanks to the unique Headphone Spatial Processing (HSP) algorithm for generating surround sound, the built-in DSP builds the same sound image for each earbud, which is why the sound of the headphones resembles the sound character of real floorstanders or desktop speakers.

Richer and more accurate reproduction is also obtained thanks to the new dynamic drivers with a silicone edge of the diaphragm, a metal dome and a sealed damper. The increased driver diameter provides more accurate bass reproduction and an overall more natural sound across the entire frequency range.

To stand out from the background of numerous AAA-class TWS headphones, LG went on an unusual experiment: the ear pads are made of special hypoallergenic silicone, and an antibacterial lamp is built into the charging case, which destroys up to 99.9% of bacteria on the headphone mesh using ultraviolet radiation. Disinfection is carried out inside the charging case in the first minutes of charging.

As befits a TWS headphone of this level, they are equipped with an array of microphones, advanced ANC algorithms and an integrated DSP processor, which together create an advanced active noise cancellation system. ANC supports 2 different operating modes (music mode and talk mode), which can be switched in the proprietary LG TONE Free application.
