We have been using it for 4 months. Everything is known in comparison, so I will rely on past experience. Prior to this, we had a model from the same company LG, but it wasn't inverter, it's 9 years old. We decided to get a new one for home and take the old one to the country house (it still works). The new microwave is noticeably quieter. It heats slightly faster, but it does it right the first time. Previously, we had to reheat soup twice. The defrost function works better. The chicken looks evenly cooked from all sides, not half cooked and half frozen (as on the old one). For us, a plus is the absence of buttons (only a touch panel).
