Line ThinkPad T16 Gen 1 (AMD)
The latest generation of impact-resistant business laptops from Lenovo, the main distinguishing feature of which is a branded trackpoint located in the very center of the keyboard. High-end, part of the 2023 ThinkPad lineup, designed for the business, entrepreneur, executive, and casual user who needs an extremely powerful and reliable laptop to work on the go. One of the features of the series is the combination of shockproof carbon fiber housing (protection standard MIL-STD-810) with advanced functionality and high autonomy.
The list of auxiliary protective measures include a cryptographic TPM encryption module, a fingerprint scanner built into the power button, a kensington/noble “anti-theft” lock, and a Face ID identification system. The claimed battery life can reach 24 hours (display brightness 50%, browsing mode), and if necessary, the user can connect fast charging and replenish 80% of the battery capacity in just 60 minutes.
Plus, the series laptops have plenty of ports, including Intel Thunderbolt 4 and HDMI, as well as excellent connectivity options, including Intel WiFi 6E. The user can choose from 2 configuration options for a 16-inch IPS display: a standard version with a Full HD matrix and modest color reproduction, or an advanced version with a resolution of 2560x1600 pixels, support for Dolby Vision and an Eyesafe / Rheinland certificate, indicating a low level of blue light emission.
The device comes standard with Dolby Voice AI and Dolby Audio noise reduction technology. Powerful system performance is provided by a 6th Gen Ryzen 5/7 PRO processor (PRO 6650U or PRO 6850U), 16/32 GB of LPDDR5 fast RAM, NVMe reactive storage (up to 1024 GB capacity) and an integrated Radeon 680M graphics card in the CPU, power which approximately corresponds to the level of the discrete GeForce MX350.
