The first part is a flower shop. It is a two-storey corner building with a bright color scheme.

Inside there are small flower arrangements in vases and pots, an antique cash register and a terrarium on the counter. There is an empty apartment on the second floor. The top level also features a "Founded 2012" sign, a nod to the date the first LEGO Friends set was released. The second part of the set is a 3-story furniture store. On the side of this building is a large advertisement with a graphic image of the available furniture.

Furniture is placed on all floors and you can freely move items to different places. Also included are 9 minifigures, namely Leanne the adventurer, Ollie the dreamer, Adi the new resident, Aida the furniture store worker, Fiona the florist, Isabella the cop, Riley the saxophonist, Victoria's brother Peter and Peter's twin sister Victoria.
