A fairly advanced model of a modern burr-type electric coffee grinder — the device grinds by grinding coffee beans between two rotating metal discs, which provides a much higher level of uniformity than classic knife models. Krups GVX2 is designed for coffee lovers who own coffee machines that do not have automatic bean grinding.
