Krups Evidence EA 8911 white

If you're looking for a quest rather than coffee, buy this machine. In November 2020, we acquired this marvel. The only advantage is the design, and absolutely nothing else. Not only is the coffee quite mediocre despite trying all coffee varieties and different grinds, there was only a lack of dancing with tambourines. It worked for 8 months and then stopped responding, even though it was used very rarely. We took it to Comfy in September, they sent it to the service center, and a month later they called to pick it up. We couldn't pick it up right away, and a few days later Comfy called saying not to pick it up because it stopped working again during testing, and they sent it back to the service center. Another month later, they called again to pick it up. We arrived to find the machine in terrible condition, scratched, and the box was broken, as if it had been dragged all the way to the service center. The manufacturer of this marvel, after my complaints, dismissed me gently after a two-week email exchange. Calling them is an issue as there is no phone number on the official Krups website. One can only "dream" of such disregard for their customers. Instead of buying Krups coffee machines, it's better to brew coffee in a metal mug for more enjoyment.
