As for me, the best alternative is built into the table top without any sides at all, then there will be no problems at all! and the mixer will be attached to the countertop, and the look will be more interesting! it just looks amazing on a granite countertop, mine is 2 m wide by 80 cm deep. It’s very big, I like that it doesn’t have to be crowded when washing your hands. but there are more disadvantages: when installed, it sits on the silicone, then if water splashes and is difficult to collect, then moisture remains and mold begins to appear on the silicone, then they need to be washed with chemicals, a very big problem.
