The Xiaomi treadmill is an ultra compact solution. The corresponding status is confirmed by the small size of the canvas (120x41.5 cm) and the absence of handrails. As a result, the height of the model does not exceed 13 cm, which means that it can fit under a bed or sofa for storage.

Xiaomi WalkingPad A1 Pro is well suited for tight spaces and thanks to its foldable design. The running belt is assembled in half, after which the simulator will be comparable in size to a large suitcase, like Xiaomi 90 Points Suitcase 28, and can easily be hidden under a table or in a closet.

Transport rollers are also provided, which will allow you not to lift a 27-kilogram product.

Automation and synchronization

The track can work in automatic or manual mode. In the first case, the built-in sensors determine the position of the student on the canvas and select the optimal speed. If you move in the front, then the speed will increase, and if you move in the back, it will decrease until it comes to a complete stop.

In manual mode, Xiaomi WalkingPad A1 Pro is controlled from the supplied remote control, which allows you to set the speed of the canvas or switch to auto mode. It is also possible to synchronize the track with a smartphone and integrate it into the Mi Home eco-system. In the application of the same name, a training mode is available, control of various parameters and training history, setting goals for classes.

Plus there is also an on-board computer (display). It shows key workout details one by one, including distance, time, speed, steps taken, and calories burned.

Daily activity and/or rehabilitation

The simulator is intended for light cardio loads and fast walking, since the maximum speed is limited to 6 km/h. It is also suitable for rehabilitation after injuries or illnesses (the minimum speed starts from 0.5 km/h). If you really want to run, then you should consider the older models of the brand, like the KingSmith K12, but the price tag is higher there, and the dimensions are already larger.

Users note that when the track is not placed on a flat floor, squeaks and other extraneous sounds appear. Although, in general, the model works with moderate noise, which does not interfere with either communication or watching movies. Demanding for a flat surface is partly due to the folding design.
