A mid-budget folding knife from the Kershaw profile brand is a solution for everyday use, which claims to combine a stylish design and excellent cutting properties. The model has a 76mm blade with a wharncliffe profile and a smooth cutting edge. The blade must provide high cutting accuracy and is suitable for scraping and planing. The blade is made of D2 tool steel, which in this case is characterized by a balanced hardness of 58 HRC, which contributes to long-term retention of the sharpness of the factory sharpening.

The metal is coated with a gray PVD coating - Black-oxide BlackWash, which prevents glare from the sun and effectively protects against abrasions and scratches. The Kershaw Flyby knife in working condition reaches a length of 18 cm, while when folded it is only slightly longer than 10 cm, which means it can easily fit into almost any pocket. The handle here is also metal - steel, which increases the overall strength, but does not make the product particularly heavy - the total weight is less than 100 grams.
