Overall, the product is not bad if you don't expect miracles from it. It has been useful around the house; I use it to clean areas I couldn't reach before or was just too lazy to. You can manage without chemicals (in some cases). Cleans soft toys, strollers, and other children's items, very pleasing, + disinfection. Also cleans windows and polished furniture quite well. Refreshes furniture. Cleans carpets and rugs well, though you need to [censored] well before and after cleaning too. Extractor fans, cornices, and joints also rate a 4++. Removes greasy residue wonderfully. Refreshes clothes well, especially winter ones, fluff becomes more voluminous, the fur fluffs up, and partially eliminates odors, although it won't save you from washing. Cleaning plumbing - it may be clean, but in my opinion, it doesn't have that sparkle and whiteness like when using chemicals. It doesn't remove old stains, lime scale, and other things. A lot of humidity is created, and you definitely need to ventilate the apartment, which is not always possible due to kids, creating discomfort. Floors can be washed, but after 2-3 times, it's better to wipe them with a cloth and some cleaner because greasy spots appear on the laminate, the product forms a film and protects against this. Also, I wouldn't say the floor is super clean, as after using the cleaner, I went over it again with the old proven method, the water was grey, even though I scrub everything 1-2 times a week, so the floor couldn't have been that dirty. I didn't like all the cloths in the set; microfiber ones are better, especially for the floor. However, for the hand attachment, one cloth is not enough, they get wet very quickly. Overall, it did not meet my expectations. For such money, the device could have been made better. Very poor equipment, no cloths for the kitchen and bathroom. Separate accessories for the device are quite expensive, and I already assume that they are not as effective as those that come with it. I will have to adapt and experiment to find the optimal usage point. Overall, it's a shame about the money spent. First impressions. Used for one day. Took a long time to decide whether to buy or not. Did not meet my expectations. Expected more. Quickly generates steam. If it's not too dirty, it seems to clean. We'll see in a few days. Didn't find anything special. The small brush doesn't work well in corners. It's impossible to manage without a cloth and cleaning agents for heavy dirt. The cloth that comes with the set is not suitable for floors. Very inconvenient. It's wider than the floor brush. If the floor is dirty, the white floor cloth quickly becomes gray. You need to have a second one or stop cleaning and wash it. Or clean the floor in a regular way before using this device. Be careful in the bathroom with grout. It damages it. An indispensable household item, especially if the housekeeper takes care of the cleaning herself. The device is versatile - I wash and wipe floors, the stove, mirrors. It's easy to reach hard-to-access areas, works great on greasy stains, removes lime scale. Dust is easily eliminated from chandeliers, radiators, distant furniture joints, baseboards... The water in the reservoir heats up in a few minutes, the gun is convenient to use, very lightweight. It comes with several attachments for various tasks. I use all of them. Great at handling the toughest stains, sometimes it needs a little help, wide range of applications, several attachments.
