Gasoline Engine
The snowblower is equipped with a wheel drive, which is powered by a four-stroke gasoline engine with a volume of 163 "cc". The engine also drives the powerful metal auger that grinds snow into small particles. In one pass, the machine's scoop captures a strip of snow 56 cm wide, with a maximum snow cap height set at 42 cm. The engine of the snowblower starts manually, meaning with a traditional pull cord.
Gearbox
The comfortable travel speed is set by the gearbox handle on the operator's console. The "driver" of the Intertool SN-5000 has access to four forward gears and two reverse speeds.
