Imou Bullet Lite 4MP (IPC-G42P)

Imou's sub-brand directional surveillance camera has expanded Dahua's network solution line in 2020. The model is intended for outdoor use, as its body complies with IP67 protection class and is prepared for operation at various air temperatures (-30 °C ~ +50 °C). Both the built-in Wi-Fi module and the P2P function are designed to simplify connection and subsequent operation. The heart of the Dahua Imou IPC-G42P 2.8 mm camera is a 4 MP matrix, thanks to which video recording is possible with QHD resolution, that is, 2560x1440 pixels at 20 fps.

At the same time, thanks to the support of the H.265 compression codec, it is possible to save both Internet traffic and space for storing video archives. By the way, among other things, a microSD memory card up to 128 GB (there is a card reader on the case) or a proprietary cloud service can act as storage. Additional features of the model include an effective night mode (IR illumination with a range of 30 metres works in tandem with a light sensor), the ability to record sound (there is a microphone) and motion detection with notification to a smartphone.
