The Huawei CP404B mains charger, as befits a gadget from a company that produces its own line of mobile phones, is “sharpened” for its own Super Charge Protocol (SCP) with a peak power of 22.5 W, which allows you to use the “filling” capacity at high speed. Since support for other fast charging standards is not directly indicated, owners of any smartphones other than Huawei should use this adapter at their own risk.
