The line of 15.6-inch laptops produced by HP represents the proprietary ProBook series, which combines solutions for work. Laptops can be classified as the middle price segment, although among the abundance of modifications of the family there are also very inexpensive and, conversely, advanced portable PCs. The characteristic features of the models in the line include a laconic appearance with a moderate total weight (1.79 kg) and thickness (20 mm).

At the same time, the case is protected from impacts, which confirms compliance with the military standard MIL-STD-810, and the keyboard is not only backlit, but is also not afraid of accidentally spilled liquid (there is moisture protection). HP ProBook 450 G10 laptops are equipped with an Intel processor with 13th generation Raptor Lake microarchitecture, and in older configurations users can count on a truly powerful 12-core Core i7 clocked at 1.6 GHz.

In addition, the filling includes from 8 GB of DDR4 RAM (maximum 32 GB in some modifications), integrated Iris Xe or UHD Graphics graphics adapter, as well as an SSD M.2 solid-state drive up to 1 TB. The advantages of laptops include a fairly capacious battery that provides good battery life (12 hours or more), while the battery supports fast charging (it takes half an hour to recharge up to 50%) and the Power Delivery function, that is, USB C can power a smartphone or various peripherals.

Other features of the models include a webcam with a protective shutter for additional user privacy, acoustics based on the Realtek ALC3247 audio chip, and a variety of Internet connections - there is both a gigabit LAN port and a Wi-Fi 6E (802.11ax) wireless module. By default, an IPS screen with FullHD resolution and a refresh rate of 60 Hz is offered for displaying images, and if necessary, up to 3 monitors can be connected to a laptop at the same time.
