The Hoco C69A charger, which is produced by a well-known Chinese manufacturer of accessories for digital technology and mobile phones, is positioned as a high-speed network adapter for charging smartphones and power banks. This is a model with European 100-240V/60Hz AC household input. And you can connect a cable connecting the adapter to a charging device to the only USB-A port. The model has a standard shape and light weight (76 g), and its body is made of nice glossy heat-resistant plastic. The adapter is EU RoHS certified and does not contain harmful substances.
Three configuration options
The device supports many charging standards from different manufacturers: QC 3.0/2.0, Huawei Fast Charge Protocol and Huawei SCP, Samsung Adaptive Fast Charging, VOOC, DASH, VIVO Dual Engine Flash Charging and many other fast charging protocols. With the standard 5V/4.5A charging mode, a standard 4500 mAh battery can be restored from 0% to 100% within an hour. Testing showed that despite the claimed maximum charging power of 22.5 W, the device is made with a large margin: it calmly holds a load of up to 30 W with minimal voltage drops (5 V / 6 A, 12 V / 2.5 A). Therefore, the AC adapter is suitable for working with smartphones designed for 18W charging power, and will also cope with replenishing the battery capacity of 33W models. The model has three configuration options: only an adapter, with a microUSB 4A cable or with a Type-C 5A cable (both 1 m long). And the main advantage of the charger, especially considering its outstanding characteristics, is its low price.
