the video stream bitrate is limited to 2048Kbps (instead of the promised 16384Kbps in the documentation) - the video quality at 1080p@30fps is significantly worse compared to the DS-KB8112-IM at 720p@25fps.
The documentation does not match the device (concerning ISAPI, it's just a mess; practically nothing works).
There is NO technical support whatsoever. Emails are simply ignored both by the seller and on hikvision.com.
