Recommendations for use:
- Cover the benches and the floor with a towel (the sauna causes increased sweating, so the bench and the floor must be protected from moisture emanating from the skin).
— The air intakes must be open when using the sauna.
- Infrared heat interacts most effectively with bare skin. The towel on the skin partly prevents good body heat.
- It is recommended to drink plenty of water. The dry heat of an infrared sauna evaporates large amounts of fluid from the body.
