Fastening

The chair is attached to the round seat tube of the bicycle frame. A different shape of the pipe (for example, oval or square) is not suitable. The bike seat rests on two metal bearing arches, which are inserted into special grooves inside the mount. It can be dismantled from a bicycle in just one movement, which theoretically can be used by attackers. Therefore, in order to protect the chair from theft, the manufacturer equipped the mount with a secret latch that can be opened exclusively with a key(a pair of keys is included in the delivery).

Adjustments

Metal arcs provide excellent cushioning of the bike seat when moving over bumps. They also change the position of the model back and forth. Other components of the chair are also subject to adjustment: with the help of a valve, it is possible to change the angle of the backrest, and separate latches for each footrest allow you to choose the optimal height of the supports for the baby's legs.

Fixation

The child is securely fixed in the chair with 3-point seat belts. Their total length is enough to fasten a child of any age (weighing up to 22 kg), but the soft shoulder pads turned out to be a bit short. There is no such problem in the chairs of a higher class of the Norwegian brand (for example, Hamax Siesta Premium).
