The quality of materials (in my opinion). Assembled it looks solid and impressive. Doesn't stink. Well packaged. Ergonomics suits me. Medium hardness. High comfortable wide armrests. High back. The base doesn't sag, it's comfortable even for long periods of sitting, and the cool armrests are a plus too. We assembled it very quickly without any instructions. Comfort-wise, it's also a 5. My husband often falls asleep in it and interestingly, he wakes up well-rested. As for the downsides, it started to creak a little, but we lubricated it and now it's all OK. Please recommend the lowest gas lift for this chair.
